Refund Policy

Because embroidery designs are digital products, they cannot be returned or refunded. Transactions are final after they are paid for.   

There are some exceptions such if you ordered the wrong size or machine format. In that case contact me and I will review your purchase and provide with a replacement file of the correct size or format.  Cash refunds are not possible due to the fact that a digital transfer of a file becoming usable once downloaded.
